Mr. Sujan, a principal founder of RKD Global in 2004, has also served as the company’s President & Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to 2019. He brings 21+ years of valuable leadership and experience towards fulfilling the company’s vision to meet the global market demands seeking intelligent business solutions for today’s digital marketplace along with a focus on delivering on-demand customer centric services. Mr. Sujan has held key management, managerial and consulting positions with successful Silicon Valley firms in the technology, investment and financial industries. His past work experience includes working as a team leader and key member at well-known companies such as Altera, Lucent, HP Enterprise & CitiGroup along with management positions at several startups within the software, hardware and semiconductor technology space. He has also worked as a consultant in various capacities with management & engineering teams at Intel, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Hitachi & Motorola. Software partners and client firms have also included Toshiba, Sony, Google, Apple and Salesforce among others. Throughout his career, he has helped support the development and long-term success of major accounts of Global 500 and SMB customers. He has a profound and robust understanding of market and technology trends that include market analysis, market segmentation, and product positioning. He has proven expertise in strategic planning and has consistently contributed to corporate growth and profitability. He is also adept at leading corporate and technology initiatives in the design, development and the product launch of next generation product technologies to meet market and customer demands, involving product strategy, product management, marketing programs, SEO, SEM, partnerships as well as market research.

Daniel Metzler

Mr. Metzler joined RKD Global as Senior Business Manager in 2005. He also served as RKD Global's Director of Technology Services from March of 2006 until March 2007, during which he oversaw new technology initiatives, business operations, client services and partner relations. He has solid experience in the fields of software technology, product development, web applications, system administration and business management. Prior to joining RKD Global, Mr. Metzler worked at two key technology and media firms in San Francisco Bay Area. He brings strong knowledge and expertise in developing strategic technology partnerships and successful alliances. Mr. Metzler’s recent experience includes working in various capacities in software development, engineering and product integration at well recognized companies such as Thompson Reuters, CenturyLink and Best Buy among others. He is well recognized in the business community for his professionalism, integrity and results-oriented attitude.

Sunder Ramchand

Mr. Ramchand joined RKD Global as Chief Financial Officer in 2004, where he remained in that position until December 2018. He has more than four decades of corporate experience and practical knowledge in handling accounting functions, financial planning, taxation, treasury operations, investor relations and risk management. Mr. Ramchand has held management positions with global firms in the energy, technology and retail industries. He has been focused on securing funding, managing business functions along with client relations for our company. He is currently serving in an advisory role with our firm.
